Mr. Doepfner focuses on corporate counsel and litigation in civil and business matters, including contract, employment and real property issues. He has received the Martindale AV® Preeminent™ 5.0 out of 5 peer review rating.
Mr. Doepfner regularly gives back to the community by providing pro bono legal representation to those in need. He has been recognized for his commitment to pro bono legal work by the State Bar of Texas’ “Care Campaign,” an initiative to increase Texas attorneys’ pro bono contributions to their local communities.
A 1981 graduate of Jesuit College Prep, Mr. Doepfner continued his education at Southern Methodist University and Texas Tech School of Law. At Texas Tech, he was a member of the ABA Moot Court team. After law school, Mr. Doepfner associated with Williams F. Billings, a long time practicing attorney in Dallas who was Mr. Doepfner’s mentor in the general practice of law. Following several years of practice in all areas of civil litigation and transactional work, Mr. Doepfner went into private practice.
